In the Light of Day
Jeffrey T. LarsonPresented by Objet
In the Light of Day began with Jeff's admiration for the Swedish painter Anders Zorn. He was especially drawn to Zorn's celebration of the figure outdoors, in both oils and watercolors.
Damp ivy and cool earth give the figure a setting as sunlight falls in dappled patches across skin. These closely observed sensations bring the figure and the open air together.
