Vegetable Garden

A girl weeds a garden in the quiet of morning. Cool soil lies beneath her hands, and crisp cabbage leaves surround her. Vegetable Garden stays close to that simple activity.

At the same time, Jeff sees an arrangement of color, form, and modeled shapes. Greens and blues carry the scene through paint. The familiar task and the abstract relationships that describe it remain present together.
